Room Rates:	The discounted room rates listed below are only available until April 25, 2008 or until the room block is sold out. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
	Single/Double Occupancy:	$99.00 per night + tax
Plus $40 additional per night plus tax Room tax is currently 13.5%
Cancellation:	You must cancel your reservation prior to 48 hours before your arrival date. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival day or fail to show up, you will be charged one night's room and tax.
